Inspired by Lisa’s Grandmother “Pat” (the original Pat from Pat’s Pantry). Every item is lovingly made in our cottage kitchen.

Our amazing baker/chef Kylie, who specialises in Gluten Free and Vegan creations and our talented and compassionate team; Jo, Claire and Margaret, have been with Olive Tree for years. As a family-owned and operated business, we see our people as part of the family. And we think of each of our customers that way, too.
